I have been with silver hosting for some time now and I have no complaints never have problems if there is a problem Silver him self is all ways there to help a resolve any problems. I like the fact he offered services to keep my vps from being hacked in to again very great full for Silver and all he dose. Godspeed Silver your a bright person never lose that.
I rented a Dedicated server, everybody was very nice, willing to help and when I needed help I wasn't left out to dry, response time is very quick and very friendly, I will definitely recommend SHN.

While I couldn't utilize the service for long due to issues with the community I was helping manage, I will say... The service from Silver and crew was almost always immediate.
