Hello,
We will be changing the theme of the site to a new and cleaner look. We will also be changing the logo at some point. We will be looking to further improve the knowledgebase area as well. That way you can quickly, and easily find an answer to a possible issue you are having. Also, there was no announcement, but we got an Oregon server! There is another Iowa server on the way as well. So now we have the following:
- 1 Los Angeles, California Server
- 1 Charlotte, North Carolina Server
- 2 Monticello, Iowa Servers
- 1 Bend, Oregon Server
One server is still being prepared to be sent to a Data Center.
Most services/products have the option to choose what server it is on.
Invoice Changes
Another change was within invoices. We have removed the PayPal and Debit/Credit Card fees on invoices. Those extra charges were causing to many issues on our end, and on the user's end. So we just removed it as a whole. This means you are spending exactly as advertised. If you buy a $10 Tier 1 VPS, with no addons. That is exactly how much you are spending each month!
TeamSpeak Hosting
There was no formal announcement on the website about TeamSpeak servers either! We have started to offer TeamSpeak servers at $2.50 a month. The service comes with 32 slots. If you need or want more slots, you have to bring your own license. We can't provide those for you. We emailed and figured out that we can only offer TeamSpeak hosting with a BYOL (Bring Your Own License) system. Besides that, it is super easy to use and connect to! Dedicated IPs will come soon.
Web Hosting
We are going to be moving to Direct Admin for the Web Hosting. There will be a follow-up announcement about this.
CAD System
We are still developing the PHP custom CAD. Stay tuned for that in the Discord.
