Hello everyone,
We have replaced our previous module that linked your Discord account to the Website. Now, you can go to your client area and click Link under "Link Social Media". This will link your Discord account and automatically assign the roles associated with your account. On top of that, you will get any emails, sent directly to you via DM from our Bot. Such as invoice reminders, order updates and more. This prevents you from missing a payment and relieves us from having to message you as a reminder. Yes, you will still get your normal emails. It just duplicates it and sends it to your Discord DM too.
Note, that if your service is suspended, your roles are removed until its re-activated. If your service gets terminated, your role also gets removed. If you have any issues or think you're not receiving a role of some sort, create a ticket.
LINK YOUR ACCOUNT
1. Go to your client area at https://portal.silverhostingnetwork.com/clientarea.php
2. Click "Link" on the left hand side, under the "Link Social Media" tab.
3. Check your roles in Discord. If you have an active service, you will be assigned the needed roles.
4. That's it! You're all set. You will get DMs about invoices and everything else now.
We have gone through and linked lots of users already, so some people do not have to change anything. But still check!
